The fungus cultured on 2 % MEA was incubated at four temperature such as 20℃, 25℃, 30℃, and 35℃, respectively. After incubation, the fungal growth rate was determined by measuring the diameter of the expanding colonies. Among four temperature, one temperature was determined as optimal growth temperature where the fungus demonstrated the highest growth rate. And the growth rate of the fungus was expressed on the optimal temperature.
